PRODUCT DETAILS

PRODUCTION TIME-Most macrame rainbows are made to order, please allow for up to a 2-3 week turnaround on your goods. If however a product is needed sooner, please contact us and we will try our hardest to accommodate your requirements.

Please contact to confirm if product is in stock before purchasing if not wanting the advised turn around times. Once posted, please always allow up to 5-6 business days for your goods to arrive, keeping in mind that there have been postage delays during COVID that are beyond our control. 

COLOURS-As rainbow materials used have been carefully sourced and the majority are fair trade, hand dyed products, there may be some variances in the colour of fibres with each batch. We use a variety of different thickness materials for our rainbow. This means, at times if exact string thickness that is shown in photos is not available, an alternative thickness will be used in the same colour. If any questions at all, please contact prior to purchase and we will happily send a photo of current colour samples. Our metallic gold rope also has some colour variance with each batch, with some more yellow gold while others rose. Please don’t hesitate to contact prior to purchase if you have a colour preference, as we will always endeavour to accommodate where possible. 

We try our very best to photograph rainbows and headwear colours in a natural, true light, however at times colours do appear slightly different in photos and on different screen monitors. If you have any questions about colours and or materials, to be certain of colour you are purchasing we encourage and recommend that you contact us before purchase to assist you with any queries you may have.

RAW EDGE RUFFLE TURBANS

All headwear sizing is used as a guide only. 

If on the rare occasion your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to have it exchanged.

We offer an exchange for faulty products with no refunds available on any circumstance. We do not offer exchange or refund on change of mind.

This does not include if items are bent or broken in transit. All items are carefully checked before packing and sending. If damaged, due to postage please contact Australia Post.

TERRACOTTA PRODUCTS

All Terracotta pieces are handmade and painted. Again, we try and photograph colours on our website to as close to the true colour as possible. As pieces are handcrafted, please allow for some variances in size and thickness. Each piece drys differently, as a result, no piece can be exactly replicated. We believe these individual differences are what helps makes our pieces unique and authentic. If after a ‘laser cut’ to precision piece, then we advise that the materials used in our pieces will not result in this.  

Pieces are carefully hung and packed prior to sending. We use recycled packaging where possible, but it is necessary to also include some alternative packing to ensure your piece arrive safely. We recommend double checking all spelling and details when ordering Personalised items, as your product will be made as stated in notes. 

RAINBOW BASKETS

All of our baskets are made from natural fibres, meaning each piece may have a slight variance in colour and weave. We pride ourself on quality control and always ensure that our products are of a high standard.

RATTAN MOONS

Rattan is a natural material, and as a result it is expected that each piece may vary slightly in colour. Please be mindful that as each piece is sustainably handmade in Indonesia, pieces may vary slightly in size and shape, which we believe adds uniqueness and charm.

All sale items are final. Please contact prior to purchase if any questions as no refund or credit will be given for sale items. 
Any discounts or sales are for the sale period only. We cannot provide discount for items purchased either side of the sale period.
